Our curriculum aligns with the national curriculum of England, providing Cambridge and Pearson qualifications at the secondary level, including IGCSEs, A Levels, and BTECs. The main campus in Chaofah houses 960 students and is oversubscribed in most year levels. Starting in August 2025, we will enhance our Upper School facilities to establish 'HeadStart College' as the premier educational institution in Southern Thailand.
In August 2023, we launched a new campus in the north of the island, Cherngtalay. This two-form entry Foundation, Primary, and Secondary School (KS3 only) accommodates up to 500 students and will transition to a three-form entry institution in August 2025.
ICT IGCSE and BTEC Level 3 IT Teacher - Chaofah Campus
To support the expansion of our Upper School and Sixth Form programs for Key Stage 4, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ICT IGCSE and BTEC Level 3 IT teacher to join our team in August 2025.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching computing at Key Stage 3, as well as ICT IGCSE and BTEC IT Level 3. We are looking for an inspiring educator who can engage students and bring the subject to life. Familiarity with the Cambridge ICT IGCSE syllabus is a plus.
We seek a dedicated team player with energy, drive, and a passion for education who will foster a love of learning in their students. A good sense of humor and a strong work ethic are essential qualities.
Requirements / Application Details
Essential Requirements:
· Strong understanding of the UK curriculum
· Experience teaching students aged 11 to 18
· Prior teaching experience in ICT/Computing
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
· A recognized teaching qualification: BEd, PGCE, iPGCE, or equivalent
· Fluent English speaker
Desirable Requirements (not mandatory):
· Previous experience in an International School setting
· Experience working with English as an Additional Language learners
· Familiarity with teaching ICT IGCSE/GCSE and BTEC IT Level 3
Remuneration Package:
