HS Social Studies / Middle School ELL Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced High School Social Studies / Middle School ELL Teacher to join our Social Sciences department. This position offers the opportunity to teach content that is aligned with a United States-based curriculum while supporting English Language Learners at the middle school level.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (minimum requirement)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with US curriculum standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of US history, government, geography, or other relevant social studies subjects
• Experience working with English Language Learners (ELL), particularly at the middle school level
• Ability to customize instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and promote language development alongside content comprehension
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds
• Proficient in integrating technology into classroom instruction
