We are seeking an experienced Housemaster/Housemistress to serve as the Dean of Students, focusing on the pastoral care and development of our secondary school students, particularly those who are non-native English speakers.

Role Overview:
The Housemaster/Housemistress will lead the student boarding house community, cultivating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where each student can thrive academically and personally. This role requires extensive experience working with second language learners to support their integration and success within the school community. As Dean of Students, you will oversee student welfare initiatives and collaborate closely with educational staff to promote positive behaviors and overall well-being.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in secondary education or boarding house management
- Proven track record of effectively supporting second language learners in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team or student organization management
- Exceptional communication abilities across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to develop pastoral care programs that enhance student well-being and resilience
- Familiarity with UK curriculum standards and expectations
