Olga Gudynn International School (OGIS) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven History and Geography Teacher to enhance our secondary education team. Key Responsibilities
- Teach History and Geography for KS3–KS5
- Plan and deliver dynamic, well-organized lessons
- Prepare students for GCSE/IGCSE and A Level (or equivalent) examinations
- Assess, monitor, and assist in student progress
- Contribute to the enhancement of the Humanities curriculum
- Engage in the broader school community, including enrichment activities and trips
Person Specification
- A degree in History, Geography, or a related Humanities field
- PGCE, QTS, or a comparable teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level
- Strong subject expertise and effective classroom management skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in teaching and learning
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
