Olga Gudynn International School (OGIS) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven History and Geography Teacher to enhance our secondary education team. Key Responsibilities

  • Teach History and Geography for KS3–KS5
  • Plan and deliver dynamic, well-organized lessons
  • Prepare students for GCSE/IGCSE and A Level (or equivalent) examinations
  • Assess, monitor, and assist in student progress
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Humanities curriculum
  • Engage in the broader school community, including enrichment activities and trips

Person Specification

  • A degree in History, Geography, or a related Humanities field
  • PGCE, QTS, or a comparable teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level
  • Strong subject expertise and effective classroom management skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in teaching and learning
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
