About This Role
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Department for PE & Health and Social Care.
As Head of Department, you will lead a dedicated and talented PE & Health and Social Care team, taking responsibility for pupil outcomes, curriculum quality, and excellence in teaching and learning. You will be an active, visible presence in the department, setting high standards and ensuring that all pupils are challenged and supported to achieve their best.
We are looking for a consistently strong classroom practitioner with a track record of securing high standards of progress and attainment. You will be an enthusiastic and credible leader who is able to inspire colleagues, drive improvement, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
