Due to the ongoing success of GEMS Founders School Dubai, we are seeking to appoint a Head of Mathematics starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Maths teachers to ensure exceptional teaching and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering timely interventions and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow department heads and school leadership to create a unified educational experience.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
Successful candidates will be expected to:

- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate proven experience teaching Maths at the A level.
- Share exemplary teaching practices effectively.
- Exhibit a creative and enthusiastic attitude both inside and outside the classroom.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for close collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Have a robust record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
