Governance & Compliance Officer
Full time, Permanent
37 Hours per week, 44 weeks per year
Bucks Pay Range 3
£27,805 - £29,826 (Annual Actual)
(Full time equivalent: £29,114 - £31,230)

Insignis Academy Trust (IAT) requires that its Governance & Compliance Officer will be working closely under the direction of the Head of Governance and Compliance, the Governance and Compliance Officer will support the administration, coordination, and delivery of the Trust’s governance framework and statutory compliance operations.
The Governance & Compliance Officer will assist in ensuring that the Trust Board, its committees, and Local Governing Bodies (LGBs) operate effectively, comply with the Academy Trust Handbook, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
You will be based at the IAT Central offices in Aylesbury. However, you may be required to work at premises occupied by the employer or any of the employer’s Academies, within a 25-mile radius, as directed by the employer.
