Required Skills
Candidates who succeed in this role will need to:
- Hold a B.Ed. or a degree in a relevant subject along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to share exemplary practices and lead by example
- Show interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
- Exhibit a creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom
- Possess excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate closely with students and parents
