We are seeking a talented Examinations Officer and Data Manager to become part of our team. This crucial role involves managing all aspects of the examination process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate data records to enhance student achievement and school operations.

Position: Examinations Officer and Data Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of both internal and external examinations.
- Manage exam schedules, venues, invigilation arrangements, and candidate registrations.
- Ensure compliance with examination board guidelines and deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of student achievement data.
- Prepare reports for academic staff, leadership teams, and external organizations as required.
- Liaise with examination boards regarding registrations, results, appeals, or special considerations.
- Assist in managing data systems related to assessments throughout the school.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (minimum requirement).
- At least 4 years of experience in examination administration or similar roles within the educational sector.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail in managing complex processes.
- Proficiency in data management software; experience with examination board systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, parents, and external entities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
