About This Role

Arcadia Global School in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ELL Inclusion Teacher to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the school's Inclusion team to ensure that students receive the necessary support to fully enjoy their educational experience.

Located in Al Furjan, Arcadia Global School is a high-quality British curriculum institution. Our goal is to become the preferred inclusive school for families in Al Furjan and surrounding areas, where every student feels happy, positive, and is thriving both academically and emotionally.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), or a related area (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Fully qualified teacher status, holding BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ELL inclusion teacher.
- Experience in working with ELL students in various educational environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of British educational standards and regulations concerning inclusion.
- A commitment to enhancing educational standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and values.
- A professional who collaborates effectively within their team and across the broader school community.
- A strong advocate for inclusive practices, with a passion for improving opportunities for all learners.

Core Responsibilities:

- Work alongside teachers to create and apply inclusive teaching methods for ELL students.
- Offer direct support and coaching to educators on best practices for integrating ELL students into mainstream classrooms.
- Assist in developing individualized learning plans (ILPs) for ELL students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support and interventions for ELL students.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of ELL programs and strategies.
