Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking passionate and committed EYFS Teachers to join our dynamic and successful team, with positions available from August 2026.
In the role of EYFS Teacher at our international British curriculum institution, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding early years education. Your duties will include creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners.

What We Are Looking For:
We are in search of EYFS teachers who can:
- Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-focused learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.
- Create a supportive, inspiring, and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love for learning.
- Employ effective formative assessment techniques to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
- Collaborate with the EYFS team in planning and continuously improving the learning environment to maintain high-quality provision.
- Advocate for the holistic well-being of children and embody the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication regarding children’s progress, accomplishments, and future steps.
- Actively participate in school events, professional development opportunities, and broader school initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must:
- Be fluent in English.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a related field, along with a PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
