We are in search of professionals who:

- Are reflective practitioners dedicated to ongoing professional development.

- Create classroom experiences that are both challenging and enjoyable for all students.
- Ideally, have experience with a concept-based curriculum.
- Are proficient in both formative and summative assessment methods.
- Conduct critical evaluations of progress, interventions, and achievements for all students.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner to join us in either Early Years or Key Stage 1 who:

- Understands how learners develop during their formative years and can provide the necessary support to achieve high developmental standards.
- Possesses extensive knowledge regarding teaching, learning, and assessment from EYFS through Year 2.
- Holds high expectations for all learners, irrespective of their starting points, to enhance the development of pupils with lower prior attainment.
- Is familiar with the National Curriculum and/or the English Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
- Creates language-rich learning environments to facilitate rapid English language acquisition for bilingual and multilingual learners (BML).
- Utilizes assessment data to design sequenced and differentiated learning opportunities catered to the diverse needs of students.
- Analyzes progress, interventions, and achievements critically for all children.
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience in employing innovative pedagogical strategies in planning and teaching.
- Involves teaching assistants in the observation and teaching process, ensuring quality contributions to children's learning and accurate documentation of achievements.
- Actively engages in and contributes to staff professional development opportunities.
