Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Drama Education, Theatre Studies or related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification recognized by the UK education system
- Minimum of four years’ teaching experience in primary/elementary schools delivering the UK curriculum
- Strong knowledge of drama pedagogy appropriate for Key Stage 2 learners
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent classroom management skills with ability to motivate young children
- Experience directing school plays or performances is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
