The Role
As Reception Class Teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, purposeful and enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeing
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogy
- Use observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next steps
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across school and Trust to ensure coherence and consistency
- Build positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress clearly

EYFS Lead Opportunity
For the right candidate, this role offers the exciting opportunity to lead our Early Years provision, with a TLR 2.1 payment of £3,527.
