Deputy Head of Senior School
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Deputy Head of Senior School to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle leader, such as a Head of Department or Assistant Head, or a current Deputy Head looking to broaden their impact in a dynamic school environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the academic structure across the Senior School, concentrating on timetabling, curriculum enhancement, and the effective use of assessment data to foster student progress. A strong background in developing high-quality academic programs is essential.
You will have:
· Proven experience in timetabling and/or curriculum development
· Expertise in analyzing and utilizing assessment data to drive enhancements
· A clear vision for outstanding teaching and learning
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with iGCSE and/or IBDP programs would be a considerable asset.
