Are you a passionate, sport-focused graduate who enjoys interacting with young individuals? Sage College – The British International School of Jerez is seeking a Boarding Graduate Assistant (with Performance Sports Responsibilities) to join our international boarding and High Performance Sports Programme beginning in January 2026.

This engaging residential role combines the boarding experience with pastoral support and involvement in our elite training environment, offering invaluable insights for those pursuing careers in coaching, physical education, sports science, or boarding education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the daily lives, wellbeing, and personal development of boarding students aged 11–18.
• Managing routines, meals, study periods, enrichment activities, and weekend events on a rotational basis.
• Assisting coaching and performance staff with training sessions, fitness activities, fixtures, and travel logistics pertinent to your sports background.
• Participating in excursions, trips, and community events within a vibrant international boarding house.
• Serving as a positive and reliable role model for students in all aspects of school and boarding life.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a completed university degree (any subject; degrees in sport or education are preferred).
• Have a background in competitive sports, coaching, or youth development.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, approachability, and responsibility, paired with strong interpersonal skills.
• Be fluent in English (the primary language of the school).
• Hold EU work eligibility (EU passport or valid right to work/TIE in Spain).
• Be committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
