Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for dedicated and experienced English Teachers to become part of our vibrant, high-achieving team starting in August 2026.

As a Secondary English Teacher within an international British curriculum institution, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional teaching and learning experiences across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, encompassing both GCSE and A-Level English. What We Are Seeking:

We are in search of English Teachers who can:

• Deliver dynamic, well-organized lessons in accordance with British curriculum standards, capable of teaching English up to at least GCSE level.

• Demonstrate strong literacy, analytical, and communication abilities through innovative and effective teaching methods.

• Employ various formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor, track, and support student progress.

• Engage in curriculum planning, departmental growth, and the development of high-quality teaching materials.

• Foster the academic and pastoral well-being of students, championing the school’s values, routines, and high expectations.

• Establish strong, positive connections with parents through clear communication about student progress, achievement, and future steps.

• Actively participate in school events, professional development, and broader school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must:

• Be fluent in English.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, along with a PGCE/QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).

• Have experience teaching the English National Curriculum, ideally in an international context.

• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student well-being.

• Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
