Established in collaboration with Sobha, North London Collegiate School Dubai provides an academically rigorous education that aligns with the ambitious ethos of NLCS (UK). The school offers an extensive array of extracurricular activities that are synonymous with NLCS (UK) and NLCS Jeju, aimed at nurturing well-rounded individuals poised to become leaders.
NLCS Dubai aspires to be the premier IB World School in the UAE, dedicated to supporting the aspirations and abilities of all students, encouraging families to remain in Dubai for both Primary and Secondary education.
This selective, co-educational day school accommodates students aged 3 to 18. Situated in the esteemed Sobha Hartland Development, the school is conveniently located near the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown area of Dubai, featuring state-of-the-art facilities.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic and highly qualified Head of Art & Design. This leader will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive Art & Design curriculum that enhances the cultural education of the school and resonates with every student across all levels. The department aims to provide students with opportunities to cultivate their creative, artistic, and technical abilities, while encouraging participation in a diverse range of artistic endeavors.
Experience with the IB Middle Years and/or IB Diploma is advantageous; however, the ability to inspire and motivate students, as well as lead the staff to ensure consistently high academic standards, is of utmost importance.
All staff members are expected to engage in pastoral care within the school community, typically serving as form tutors or co-tutors, and to contribute to the school's extracurricular activities.
