Requirements and Experience:

Essential


• Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or its equivalent

• Demonstrate strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students

• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, although new educators with potential will also be considered

• Capable of delivering consistently inspiring lessons with a proven record of achieving outstanding results

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Evidence of commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this role

• Ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school

• Proficient ICT skills reflecting the role of technology in modern classrooms

• Dedication to the extracurricular program

• Commitment to the welfare and pastoral care of all students

• An innovative, creative, and positive approach

Desirable


• Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds
