Established in 2014, GEMS FirstPoint School is a top-tier British Curriculum institution situated in the vibrant The Villa community of Dubai. The school currently caters to approximately 2,000 students ranging from Nursery (age 2) to Year 13, with exciting plans for future growth.

FPS takes pride in being an inclusive and values-oriented school, with a student body representing over 90 nationalities. Our campus features cutting-edge facilities, including a dedicated center for sports and performing arts, swimming pools, a theater, a sports hall, and specialized rooms for dance, drama, and music. Additionally, we have well-equipped learning spaces such as science laboratories, computer suites, a food technology kitchen, textiles and design suites, and workshops for Design Technology.

Our curriculum is comprehensive, balanced, and enriched with excellent co-curricular opportunities, ensuring that each learner can realize their potential and achieve personal success. Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.


Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).


Demonstrated strong classroom practice with a proven ability to inspire and engage students.


Dedication to inclusive education and personalized learning.


Readiness to contribute to the broader school community and foster a professional learning culture.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
