Rugby School Dubai is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Teacher of English to become part of our vibrant educational community.

Our School

Rugby School Dubai (RSD) is set to commence operations in August 2026, marking a new chapter in the storied legacy of Rugby School, where British educational traditions blend seamlessly with the UAE’s progressive vision. Located in the Nad al Sheba district of Dubai, our school will cater to students from FS1 to Year 13 and proudly operates under the Aldar Education group.

The Post

We are in search of an outstanding educator to teach English to students from Year 7 to Year 13.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a relevant degree and teaching qualification, preferably from a British university.

• Possess at least two years of teaching experience in a British curriculum institution.

• Hold a PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification.

• Be capable of teaching A Level English Literature.

• Prioritize student-centered teaching practices.

• Be eager about ongoing professional development.

• Be ready to engage fully in the school community, contributing to our pastoral care and extracurricular activities.
