The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Chemistry teacher with experience across various key stages. Our expansive science department allows teachers to specialize in subjects at KS4/5, while all faculty members are expected to deliver KS3 Science classes as part of our teaching and learning philosophy. Our school boasts well-equipped laboratories and facilities, including a science garden and access to a primary jungle. The role entails delivering a weekly Co-Curricular Activity and may include a form tutor position, with designated time allocated in your schedule for this responsibility. Nexus is situated in Putrajaya, one of the larger suburbs of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Founded in 2008 as part of the Taylor’s Education Group, we currently serve 750 students from Early Years through Year 13, following the IPC, IGCSE, and IBDP curricula. Our inclusive admissions policy ensures that you will engage with students who have diverse learning and language needs, alongside those who are exceptionally academically inclined. Our student body represents over 30 different nationalities, contributing to our school’s truly global environment.
