About This Role

The British School of Barcelona (BSB) stands out as a premier international institution and is affiliated with HMC. A recent BSO inspection evaluated the school as outstanding in all aspects, such as educational quality, safeguarding, student welfare, and academic results.

BSB serves over 2000 students aged 3 to 18 and is renowned for its extensive curriculum, which follows the English National Curriculum. We provide a diverse selection of GCSEs, A levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, complemented by a robust enrichment programme.

Our diverse student body represents more than 74 nationalities, supported by a dedicated staff of over 315 members. BSB operates across three campuses: two located just outside Barcelona in Castelldefels, featuring Primary, Secondary, and Pre-University facilities, and in the vibrant town of Sitges, which houses another Primary campus. BSB City is situated in downtown Barcelona and includes a Foundation campus (opened in September 2021) and a newly established main campus that opened in September 2023. Additionally, we plan to launch a new, state-of-the-art campus in Maresme, east of Barcelona, in September 2026.

Barcelona offers a remarkable living experience, combining a dynamic city atmosphere with nearby beaches and mountains. The lifestyle here is excellent, characterized by a mild climate and abundant sunshine throughout the year.

BSB is currently seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join our exceptional team.
