Reigate Grammar School Riyadh (RGSR) is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and inspiring Head of Secondary School to join our team in August 2026. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the development and expansion of RGSR, as well as contribute to the wider family of RGS schools across KSA, China, and Southeast Asia.
Exceptional candidates will demonstrate a strong background in educational leadership, having served as a high-performing Key Stage Coordinator, Assistant Head, Deputy Head, or Head in a secondary setting, either in the UK or internationally. RGSR caters to students aged 11 to 18, culminating in the pursuit of AS and A-Level qualifications. As such, familiarity with the English National Curriculum, IGCSE, and post-16 pathways is crucial. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, equipped with the cultural awareness and diplomatic skills necessary to build trust with parents, students, and staff, while advancing the Prep school’s objectives.
