King’s School The Crown proudly participates in the British Council schools partnership, collaborating with Cambridge to implement the UK national curriculum through to IGCSE. Our school underwent several inspections to ensure compliance with the highest standards set by the Egyptian Ministry of Education, Cambridge, and the British Council. We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Mathematics Teacher at King’s School The Crown. The role is set to commence in August 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Excellence in Teaching and Learning: Design and deliver engaging, well-organized lessons that stimulate intellectual curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence. Ensure lessons are tailored to meet the varied needs of students, allowing all to achieve exceptional progress in line with the school’s curriculum and standards.

Assessment and Academic Progress: Employ diverse assessment methods to track, evaluate, and enhance student performance. Provide timely and constructive feedback to encourage improvement and maintain a strong commitment to high standards among all learners.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A Bachelor’s degree and PGCE or B.Ed, or an equivalent teaching qualification.

At least 3 years of post-qualification teaching experience in the relevant subject area.

Experience in delivering the UK curriculum up to KS4 classes.

Proficiency in utilizing ICT in teaching practices.

An enhanced disclosure from the DBS or an equivalent authority.
