The Opportunity (Role Overview)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Leverage your international educational experience (such as in IB continuum schools, AP, or the British Curriculum) to craft impactful learning experiences for our students.
• Create a learning culture that honors and celebrates student agency, equipping them with the skills needed to excel in physics.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop coherent and inventive learning schemes.
• Teach all Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) for Year 7-8, and focus on Physics for Years 9-13.
• Guide students in achieving personalized learning pathways.
• Foster a vibrant learning environment where students feel integrated into a rigorous yet joyful educational community.
• Cultivate trust and confidence among parents and families.
• Maintain a flexible approach to how physics can enhance students’ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Follow the school's policies and procedures diligently.
