Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, ideally within an IB-MYP institution, along with:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in IB-PYP or any other outcome-focused educational frameworks is preferred.
• Seasoned educators with a proven history of success may be considered for advanced leadership roles.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities along with a recognized teaching certification is a must.
• Preference will be given to those holding a Master’s Degree or higher.
• Familiarity with assessment for learning is advantageous.
• Strong communication and technological proficiency are essential.

Innoventures Education has been successfully operating K12 schools and nurseries in Dubai for more than 20 years, dedicated to offering exceptional education. Our school network includes Dubai International Academy – Emirates Hills, the founding institution of our group, along with Dubai International Academy – Al Barsha, Collegiate International School, Raffles International School, Raffles World Academy, and nine Raffles Nurseries. We are excited to announce the opening of two new IB continuum schools in September 2026, located in Aljada Sharjah and Town Square.
