The Art Teacher will be essential in delivering a dynamic and comprehensive art education program, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities and industry collaborations to enrich student learning. The curriculum will cover vital areas including fine arts (drawing, painting, and sculpture), digital and media arts (graphic design, photography, and animation), contemporary and experimental art (mixed media and installation), and illustration and visual storytelling (comic art and concept design). Skills

Person specifications:

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent

• A Master's degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred

• Have demonstrated experience teaching Art to KS4/KS5 or equivalent

• Be open to collaboration and sharing exemplary practices

• Possess a growth mindset, characterized by reflection and solutions-oriented thinking

• Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm in their teaching approach

• Have excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues, students, and parents

• Maintain a proven history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences
