Person specifications:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Have demonstrable experience teaching Spanish to KS4/KS5 or equivalent
- Experience teaching an additional foreign language is a plus
- Show a willingness to collaborate and share best practices
- Exhibit a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
