Experience
- Supporting children with SEN such as autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language needs, or learning difficulties
- Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and development
- Assisting in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCP targets
- Supporting emotional regulation and social skills development
- Helping manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments
- Assisting with personal care needs where required
- Working alongside teachers to plan and deliver differentiated activities
- Experience liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Observing and recording pupil progress and behaviour
