Teaching and Learning Quality Assurance Leader

Citizens School, a pioneering and imaginative educational institution located in the vibrant city of Dubai, is seeking a committed Teaching and Learning Quality Assurance Leader. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the ongoing enhancement, development, and assurance of teaching and learning quality at Citizens School, ensuring that educational practices are in harmony with our core vision, values, inquiry-based learning approach, and the KHDA framework.

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a pedagogical mentor for educators, particularly those who are new to the profession or require assistance in meeting the Citizens Learning Framework standards.
- Offer personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and strategies aimed at elevating teaching practices, assessment techniques, and classroom management.
- Design and execute a thorough Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework to bolster the instructional capabilities of mentors at every level.
- Monitor the quality of teaching and learning through frequent lesson observations, delivering actionable feedback rooted in best practice standards.
- Analyze learner performance data to pinpoint trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing teaching methodologies.
- Establish and lead the More Able, Gifted, and Talented (MAGT) curriculum initiative to ensure that learners are both challenged and supported in reaching their full potential.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Significant experience in educational leadership and quality assurance positions, with a proven history of enhancing teaching and learning results in secondary education.
- At least five years of teaching experience, demonstrating a solid grasp of curriculum design, instructional techniques, and assessment methods.
- Proven experience in developing and executing quality assurance frameworks and processes within educational environments.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a dedication to inclusivity and maintaining high educational standards.
