Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and assess lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum.
- Encourage independent learning and a growth mindset among students.
- Employ differentiated teaching strategies and resources to meet various learning preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical concepts.
- Assess student progress and ensure thorough preparation for written and oral German school leaving exams (including the Abitur pathway).
Your Profile
- German Second State Examination (2. Staatsexamen) for Gymnasium or a Master’s degree.
- Fluent in German and possess native-level proficiency in English.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting modern education.
- Enjoy working with adolescents and serve as a positive role model.
- Keen to contribute to initiatives focused on individualized student development.
