We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Physics Teacher from the UK to join our dedicated team of Specialist Subject Teachers. Candidates must be fluent in English and either hold a UK Department for Education teacher reference number or be nearing the completion of their training.

What you bring:
You have a solid understanding of Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Science, particularly with Edexcel IGCSE and AS Physics. As an educator, you are capable of reflecting on and adapting your teaching practices to deliver high-quality lessons that enhance student achievement, foster confidence, and promote independent learning.

Essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physics or a related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE, or an equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of your subject area demonstrated through your experience and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Experience with the IGCSE Edexcel curriculum.
- Proven teaching experience in the UK or internationally within a British curriculum-based, BSO-accredited institution.
- Commitment to safeguarding all students and ensuring equality of opportunity for all staff and students.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and/or police check.
- A desire to contribute significantly to our wider curriculum, including the enhancement of extracurricular activities.
- High proficiency in IT, with experience using Google Workspace, Zoom, Gmail, shared drives, and other IT tools for recording observations and assessments.

Desirable attributes:
- Google Workspace for Education certification.
- Familiarity with student management information systems (iSAMs, SIMS, etc.).
- Awareness and experience with initiatives like Philosophy for Children and Growth Mindset.
