Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a vital member of the Senior Management Team, collaborating with the Director, Head of Primary & EYFS Schools, and Esol Board Member to execute a unified vision for the entire school.
• Provide inspiring leadership and strategic guidance to the Secondary School, including managing Deputy Heads for Curriculum, Sixth Form, Pastoral Support, and Pupil Progress.
• Spearhead curriculum innovation and development, ensuring adherence to international standards and best practices.
• Advocate for continuous professional development among staff, improving subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.
• Strengthen communication and engagement with parents and the wider school community.
• Foster a culture of ongoing improvement, encouraging creativity and innovation among both staff and students.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and assessment of teaching staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.

CES offers its SLT staff:

• Tax-free salary in Pounds Sterling (25% converted to local currency)
