Head Of Inclusive Leadership Course
About This Role
The Difference is in search of a Head of the Inclusive Leadership Course to oversee our year-long initiative aimed at senior school leaders. This programme annually trains over 200 headteachers, deputy heads, and assistant heads to mitigate lost learning and enhance inclusion practices throughout schools in England.
This senior leadership position entails the design and execution of a premier professional development programme, fostering robust relationships with school leaders and strategic partners, and gathering evidence to demonstrate the programme's impact. The role will involve facilitating regional cohorts, ensuring quality assurance across all programme implementations, and collaborating closely with leaders from Multi-Academy Trusts (MAT) and Local Authorities (LA) to broaden understanding and outreach.
The position necessitates frequent national travel for programme delivery, regular attendance at the office, and representing The Difference at various conferences and sector events. You will collaborate directly with the Deputy CEO to craft course content, explore opportunities for programme growth, and maintain the course's leadership in inclusion practices.
We seek a confident leader with a proven history in senior school leadership, programme design and delivery, and stakeholder engagement, as well as the ability to translate inclusion strategy into tangible outcomes for students.
