Position Overview:
As a Drama Teacher at our secondary schools, you will have the opportunity to cultivate both academic and performance skills, ensuring that even the most reluctant performers can engage, thrive, and enjoy the experience.
Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing students' confidence in their abilities, both within the classroom and outside of it.
This position also involves mentoring students through a variety of dynamic theatrical productions, which may include extracurricular activities.
General Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor’s degree in any field accompanied by a Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE)
- Knowledge of the MYP and foundational aspects of curriculum frameworks is advantageous
- Newly qualified teachers or those with teaching experience at an accredited educational institution

IMPORTANT NOTE: The iPGCE (assessment only) does not satisfy the Teacher Registration criteria set by the Hong Kong Education Bureau, which is necessary for teaching at an ESF institution.
