• Teach KS3, KS4 & KS5 music, with the ability to deliver high‑quality composition teaching.
• Ability to inspire creativity, support pupils’ compositional development and contribute positively to a thriving department.
• Engage and motivate students.

• Implement school policies.
• Promote the ethos of the school.
