About This Role
Yas School is seeking a committed Cycle 2 & 3 Islamic Teacher to become part of our team starting August 2026 for the academic year 2026-2027, with the possibility of an earlier start.

Founded in 2015, we are the largest K-12 government school on a single campus, serving over 1750 students in a spacious environment.
We seek a proficient educator with experience in UK or US curricula and, ideally, familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.
In your position at Yas School, you will be tasked with delivering engaging and impactful lessons that foster students’ academic growth, personal development, and overall well-being. You will play a vital role in empowering students to reach their highest potential, preparing them to thrive as competitive global citizens while honoring and reinforcing the UAE’s heritage and Emirati identity.
As an educator, you will cultivate strong relationships and maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and students, adhering to high academic and behavioral expectations that align with the school’s values and policies. You will be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment where every student is inspired to excel.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in the relevant subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or an equivalent.
• Bilingual skills (English & Arabic) are highly desirable.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting.
