We have a rare opportunity for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and caring Class Teacher to join our committed Early Years and Key Stage 1 team. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT seeking a supportive environment to complete your induction, we offer a place where your passion for teaching will be valued and supported.

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Creates an engaging, language-rich, and inclusive classroom environment rooted in mutual respect.
  • Has high expectations for pupil progress, attainment, and positive behaviour management.
  • Works collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure every child thrives.
  • Is supportive of our distinctively Christian vision and ethos.

What We Can Offer You:

In return, as part of our school and the wider PDET family, we can offer:

  • Inquisitive, Friendly Pupils: Children who are eager to learn and take pride in their school community.
  • High-Quality Professional Development: Access to Trust-wide CPD networks, tailored training programmes, and collaborative opportunities across PDET academies.
  • Supportive Environment: A dedicated leadership team that prioritises teacher well-being, workload balance, and staff voice.
  • ECT Support: Comprehensive, structured mentoring and induction support for Early Career Teachers.
  • Benefits: Access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme and Employee Assistance Programme, delivered via Perkbox.
