About BISAK:
BISAK is among the longest-established British Curriculum Schools in Saudi Arabia. The school relocated to a new campus after operating at its previous site for 22 years (1998-2018). Our campus is situated in the new residential area of As Sadafah in Al Khobar.
BISAK is a co-educational, international institution offering a British-style education to approximately 930 students aged 3 to 18. The school operates as a private, non-profit entity under Saudi Arabian law and is registered with the Saudi Ministry of Education as a ‘Foreign Community School’ and with the UK’s Department for Education (DfE).
BISAK strives to provide the highest quality British education while enriching students' experiences with the local culture. The school’s unique British identity is a significant draw for families and staff, complemented by its esteemed reputation with the KSA Ministry of Education. We take pride in our diverse community, as BISAK students represent over 50 nationalities, creating an unparalleled experience for children compared to schools in the UK. Parents value the school’s innovative teaching and learning methods, consistently reflected in the feedback we receive from current and former families.
Our students excel academically and beyond, guided by our school values:
B - Belief – cultivating positive attitudes, consideration, and helping others.
I - Internationalism – evolving as global citizens.
S - Success – embracing continuous learning in all endeavors.
A - Aspiration – believing that nothing is impossible.
K - Knowledge – understanding ourselves, each other, and the surrounding world.
We are a selective institution. All students undergo an admission and assessment process, and they must meet our minimum standards to secure a place at the school. As such, we do not have a dedicated SEN department. Given the nature of our student body, English is not the first language for many; however, students are required to demonstrate a good level of English proficiency upon entry, minimizing the need for extensive support. Nevertheless, we provide assistance across the curriculum and directly through English lessons when needed.
