About This Role

Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Teaching Experience: At least 2 years in an educational environment.
- Preferred Major: A related field.
Certifications Required:
- An active Teaching Credential/License.
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Job Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Between $1,000 and $1,500, with an additional $50 for each enrolled student, and bonuses up to $300 (the final salary will be based on the interview and experience).
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Provide individualized and small group instruction to support each student's academic goals.
- Evaluate students' academic and social progress, maintaining detailed records and preparing progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's development.
- Collaborate with school administrators and colleagues to foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in curriculum development and professional development activities to stay updated on educational best practices.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of school events and activities, both on and off campus.
