Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- Current and valid teaching qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with early years or kindergarten students
- Profound understanding of the IB PYP framework and principles of inquiry-based learning
- Strong classroom management abilities to foster a positive learning space
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
- Skill in differentiating instruction to accommodate diverse student needs
