OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Beau Soleil, we prioritize action and engagement in our approach to education. This belief is reflected in our community and the experiences we create for both staff and students. We are dedicated to fostering participation and involvement both inside and outside the classroom.

Our distinctive holistic education framework is anchored by four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination, which guide our vibrant international student body.

Our students hail from over sixty nations, bringing a rich variety of academic experiences and future aspirations.

With programs offered in both English and French, students achieve either an IB or High School Diploma. The small class sizes within this framework facilitate a flexible educational experience, allowing our staff to introduce innovative ideas in their teaching.

OUR COMMUNITY

Situated in the picturesque Villars-sur-Ollon, our location provides a desirable lifestyle, with skiing available in the winter and a plethora of outdoor and sports activities year-round. Cultural hubs like Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva are easily accessible for enriching experiences and inspiration.

The Beau Soleil campus is designed to inspire, featuring exceptional facilities. Our continuous campus development and maintenance program ensures that both students and staff thrive in an environment they can take pride in.

YOUR PROFILE

At Beau Soleil, dance and drama transcend mere subjects; they are vital avenues for creativity, expression, and connection. Our students use movement, storytelling, and performance to cultivate confidence, empathy, and a strong sense of self.

This position is perfect for an innovative educator who sets high standards, embraces creativity, and is dedicated to building students’ confidence and performance abilities. You will feel at home in the studio, on stage, and throughout the wider school community, motivating students to fully engage in the performing arts, with the potential to progress into a coordinating role within the faculty over time.
