POSITION: JUNIOR SCHOOL MIDDLE LEADER
Highgate International School Thailand is set to launch in August 2026. Nestled in the scenic province of Chonburi, this premium international institution will serve students aged 2 to 18.
In collaboration with Siam Motors Group and Highgate School, London, our staff will benefit from an impressive array of state-of-the-art facilities, including a full-sized FIFA-certified football pitch, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 450-seat auditorium, a black-box theatre, a STEM building, and a Library and Digital Media Centre. Our school will build upon a rich academic tradition that spans over 460 years.
The Junior School Middle Leader will:
· Oversee effective learning continuity and cover management
· Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of the core curriculum
· Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with their professional profile
· Inspire curiosity, rigor, engagement, enthusiasm, community spirit, and kindness among students
· Operate in line with school policies and in the broader interests of the institution
· Positively influence a school culture that emphasizes high expectations
· Communicate proficiently with members of the wider school community
· Participate in regular meetings and help ensure the safe operation of the school campus

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
For the Junior School Middle Leader position, candidates must:
· Be a fully qualified primary teacher with QTS
· Have at least three years of post-qualification experience in a middle leadership role
· Possess comprehensive knowledge of the English National Curriculum
· Have experience in supporting the growth of students who speak English as an additional language
