As an ICT Teacher following the Cambridge International curriculum, you will be tasked with delivering engaging ICT lessons. By employing an active learning methodology, you will captivate students through effective teaching strategies and interactive activities that promote individual learning.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing lesson plans and creating resources to ensure effective classroom instruction and engaging activities.

• Tailoring instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

• Assessing and documenting student achievements, tracking their academic progress, and offering timely feedback and assistance.

• Monitoring student wellbeing to support their personal and social development.

• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance student outcomes and improve teaching practices.

• Engaging with parents to discuss student progress and provide guidance.

• Contributing to the school community by initiating or participating in extracurricular activities.

• Attending faculty meetings, professional development sessions, admissions events, and other job-related duties.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Head of International Program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to listen empathetically to students, parents, and colleagues.

• Proficient in effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

• Capacity to identify and nurture the unique qualities of individual students.

• Ability to link social-emotional learning with academic performance.

• Familiarity with contemporary student-centered pedagogical approaches.

• Understanding of positive and effective classroom management techniques.

• Implement restorative practices emphasizing self-reflection, respect, and integrity.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education with a major in ICT/Computer Science or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree plus a valid teaching qualification (PGCE).

• Cambridge certification is desirable.

2. Experience:

• A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a similar role within an international or bilingual school environment.

3. Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with ICT curriculum standards based on national or international frameworks such as Common Core State Standards (CCSS), International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP), Cambridge Curriculum, etc.

Compensation

₫45,000,000 - ₫60,000,000 per month (The salary package consists of 70% base salary and 30% performance bonus, which is normally paid in full, unless there is a serious breach of company regulations or consistently poor performance. A housing allowance will be provided separately)
