About This Role

SPGS International School Bangkok is on the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years teachers to become part of our founding team. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering the social, emotional, and academic development of our young learners while creating a nurturing environment where each child feels appreciated, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. Candidates are expected to possess a solid understanding of child development, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to uphold the aspirations, values, and diversity of our school community.

Our Early Years Classroom Teachers cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows young children to confidently and curiously embark on their educational journey. By providing purposeful play, imaginative experiences, and an emphasis on early literacy and numeracy, they establish the groundwork for lifelong learning. Collaborating closely with families and colleagues, they ensure that every child feels acknowledged, supported, and inspired to discover the world around them. We seek educators who are eager to share their passions and interests through a variety of co-curricular activities, enriching the SPGS International education experience.

For further insights into the role, please refer to the Candidate Information Pack for additional information about the school and the person specification.
