We are currently in search of a dedicated and skilled Sciences Teacher for our Ningbo International High School.
Campus Overview:
- Location: Situated in Ningbo, a lively and contemporary city within Zhejiang Province, celebrated for its rich cultural history and stunning natural landscapes.
- Curriculum: We implement the US Common Core Curriculum and offer AP courses designed to prepare students for higher education opportunities abroad.
- Student Body: Approximately 900 students in grades 9 through 12, all aspiring to receive an international education.
- Faculty: Our team comprises 40 committed educators, including 34 international teachers and 6 bilingual teachers, collaborating to foster a supportive and enriching learning environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Work hours from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Early release on Fridays at 2:45 PM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Relevant Major: A degree in a related field.
- Certifications Required:
- Valid Teaching Credential/License.
- Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.

Teacher Duties:
- Create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the diverse needs of students.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to help all students reach their academic objectives.
- Assess students' academic and social development, keeping detailed records and preparing progress reports.
- Maintain open communication with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Collaborate with school administrators and colleagues to cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in curriculum development and professional training sessions to stay updated on best educational practices.
- Aid in organizing and coordinating school activities and events, both on and off-campus.
