RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of students at the school.
- Take accountability for the attainment, progress, and outcomes of the students you teach.
- Utilize accurate and productive assessment methods to facilitate student progress.
- Serve as a positive role model, consistently exhibiting the attitudes, values, and behaviors expected of students.
- Uphold the school's policies and high expectations, ensuring that every student benefits from a constructive learning environment.
- Actively engage in the Development and Appraisal process, maintaining evidence towards set targets that lead to professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree along with certification in PGCE Education is required.
- Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, including GCSE and A-level, is essential. Experience in an international school setting is a plus.
