Why consider Abbot's Hill?

We are dedicated to building a skilled, diverse, and highly qualified staff to ensure our students receive the highest quality education. At Abbot's Hill, we prioritize the wellbeing of our employees. Our beautiful surroundings enhance our work environment, but we also provide an outstanding professional development program, in-house coaching, a comprehensive staff benefits package, a welfare committee, wellbeing days, and supportive, committed colleagues who collaborate to enrich the school experience.

Why choose The Mill Hill Education Group?

In April 2024, Abbot's Hill joined the Mill Hill Education Group as its tenth UK school following a charity merger. This affiliation offers Abbot's Hill access to a broader support network, particularly in marketing and admissions. The Group provides financial stability for future investments, with a significant project underway to extend co-education to Reception through Year 6, set to begin in September 2025. This initiative aims to increase total pupil numbers across the school by approximately 100 in the coming years, and the new appointee will be integral to this strategy.

The Mill Hill Education Group consists of a charitable network of independent schools that has focused on instilling values and inspiring minds since Mill Hill School was founded in 1807. All schools within the group share a philosophy centered on developing thoughtful and responsible students with a global perspective. School life integrates academic excellence with a wide range of opportunities to prepare young people for success in a rapidly evolving world.

- We educate boys and girls from ages 3 to 18, preparing them for life both now and in the future.
- Our dynamic academic setting and extensive extracurricular activities promote learning and personal development.
- We are devoted to the growth of each pupil and believe that our friendly and supportive community fosters this development.
- As a collective, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of learning while also encouraging adaptability to change.
