Haileybury Bhaluka is an esteemed international boarding school that provides an outstanding education for boys and girls aged 11-18 years. With a focus on Years 7-11, the school offers an enriched UK curriculum alongside IGCSEs, and will soon introduce the IB Diploma programme.

Qualifications and experience required are:
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
- Qualified teacher status, ideally with a PGCE.
- A strong first degree in the relevant subject area is essential.
- A Master’s degree in a subject-specific area or education is desirable.
- Experience in an outstanding school setting is preferred.
Outstanding qualities sought include:
- Proven experience working with KS3-4 students.
- A demonstrated ability to inspire students within an engaging learning environment.
- Skills in data analysis to track and support student progress and achievement.
- Experience in setting and meeting attainment targets.
- A strong dedication to supporting all facets of school life.
